The door knocker uses a genuine White Pass Railway spike for the hammer. This has been drilled and swivels on an aluminum shaft which is bedded in hardwood. Yukon artist Jim Robb has been sketching, painting and photographing his way around the Yukon for more than 40 years. His art preserves the images of pioneer people and structures that made the Yukon what it is today. Many of his sketches and painting have been published in limited edition prints.
JR1 - One of Jim's most popular paintings done in 1991 depicts the Skyscraper after which the Trading Post is named.
