Gus & Irene have called the Yukon home for almost 30 years many of which were spent at LAKE LABERGE made famous by poet Robert Service in his poem The Cremation of Sam McGee.
Many of the items within the site are personally handcrafted at their Lake Laberge workshop. For inspiration the shop has a large window overlooking "the marge of Lake Laberge" - to borrow a line from Robert Service.
Gus & Irene started and have owned and operated the Skyscraper Trading Post since 1998. The store closes for the winters but this site allows us to deal with customers all year long.
